GAME OF THRONES

Game Of Thrones is a television series adapted from a novel entitled "a Song Of Ice And Fire" by George R. R Martin. Set in the fictional continent of Westeros and Essos that tells about the seizure of an Iron Throne by some House (clan) that is around Westeros. Game Of Thrones focuses on 4 Ancient Houses namely House Stark, House Targaryen, House Lannister and House Baratheon.

With a variety of political intrigue and the ability of the characters to achieve their goals. Making the Game Of Thrones television series that the story is hard to guess, has a lot of twist plots that change as the episode progresses.

It starts with a conflict about Aerys II Targaryen or they call it Mad King. Aerys was a bad king, when Rhaegar Targaryen (son of Mad King) kidnaps Lyanna Stark and makes Rickard Stark (Brandon and Ned Stark's father) and Brandon Stark angry and demands justice, Mad King executes and burns them both. Robert Baratheon who is Lyanna Stark's fiancee is angry and does not accept the treatment of Rhaegar Targaryen for his fiancee. Robert Baratheon and Ned Stark was friends since childhood. They are both cared for by Jon Arryn who is the leader of House Arryn.Since Jon Arryn is Lord of Vale, Mad King ordered Jon Arryn to bring Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon to King's Landing for trial. Jon Arryn considers Ned and Robert like his own son, there is no other choice then Jon Arryn, Ned Stark and Robert Baratheon hoist their banners and declare war on the kingdom.

The battle continues. With the many additional Houses that follow the banner of Robert make the royal troops overwhelmed. The death of Rhaegar Targaryen in Robert's hands became the turning point of the war. House Lannister led by Tywin Lannister saw the situation and did not vote for the parties. Tywin who is Hand Of The King knows that Rhaegar Targaryen has been killed, knowing the royal party is almost defeated, Jaime Lannister (Tywin Son) kills Mad King from behind, and earned the nickname The King Slayer. Tywin welcomed Robert at King's Landing.

The war was over and won by Robert. Robert claimed the Iron Throne because he started the war and killed Rhaegar personally. Robert was frustrated to learn that Lyanna Stark had died. So on the services of Tywin Lannister, Robert Married Cersei Lannister daughter Tywin. Robert raised Jon Arryn as Hand Of The King while Ned took his father's role as Warden of the North.
